Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best option for your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after your order ships.
Shipping Locations We currently ship only within the United States.
Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Packaging We take great care in packaging all pottery items to ensure they arrive safely. Each piece is carefully wrapped and secured to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Damaged or Lost Items Once your order has shipped and been handed over to the carrier, Floppy Ear Pottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance if you're concerned about potential damage or loss during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Carrier Delays While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
